What should I know about the birthday promotional code?

The birthday promotional code is sent by newsletter on your birthday. To receive it, you must be registered as a customer and have agreed to receive promotional communications.

The code is valid for 7 days from the date it is sent and can be used for stays taking place within the following 12 months. It can only be applied to new bookings, used once, and is valid for one room per code. It does not apply to additional services and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or RH Customer benefits.

If the code does not work, please check that all conditions are met and that it is still valid. If the issue continues, contact customer service.

What are the restaurant opening hours?

The usual restaurant opening hours are as follows: breakfast from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., lunch from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and dinner from 8:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. As these times may vary depending on the season or the hotel’s daily operations, we recommend confirming them at reception during your stay. Access to the restaurant may also be organised in shifts if necessary.

Are drinks included in my booking?

Drinks are not included with Half Board or Full Board, except for house wine and water for guests over 60 years old in hotels where this rate is available.

If the hotel offers an All-Inclusive option, the drinks included will be detailed in the specific conditions of that plan.

How can I book hotel parking?

You can add parking during the booking process on hotelesrh.com. To complete the request, you will need to provide your vehicle registration number.

Parking can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. After this period, a €20 cancellation fee will apply. Vehicles must be removed from the car park before 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

Electric scooters are not allowed inside the hotel, nor may they be charged or parked on the premises. Parking or charging them in the hotel’s outdoor areas is also not permitted.

What is the UNIQ space?

UNIQ is an exclusive area located on the top floor of RH Bayren & SPA, made up of different connected spaces and designed to offer a special experience of relaxation and comfort.

This area is reserved for guests over 13 years old and includes exclusive access to a 35-metre infinity pool, a comfortable sunbed area and views of the Mediterranean. It is an innovative and exclusive concept within the hotel.

Access to UNIQ has an additional cost in order to preserve its exclusive character. Reservations must be made directly at the hotel reception.

What does the free medical assistance insurance include?

The free medical assistance insurance includes, among other benefits, repatriation or transport in case of illness, travel expenses and reimbursement for unused holiday days.

What are the benefits of registering as an RH customer?

By registering in the Hoteles RH customer area, you can enjoy benefits such as an additional 4% discount, a gift voucher when the promotion is available, free insurance, free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival and, in certain destinations such as Benidorm and Calpe, a free transfer service. Can I check in online? Are group bookings accepted?

Yes. You can complete your online check-in through the personal area on our website and prepare your arrival at the hotel in advance, helping you avoid unnecessary waiting at reception.

For individual bookings, groups of more than 4 rooms are not accepted. Bookings for stag or hen parties, celebrations or anniversaries are also not allowed. Individual bookings that are part of a group may be refused.

What are the check-in and check-out times at Hoteles RH?

At Hoteles RH, rooms are available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, except at RH Murcia Centro, where check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. Whenever possible, we try to have rooms ready before 2:00 p.m.

Check-out must be completed before 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

Do I need to include children and babies in the booking?

Yes. Every guest staying at the hotel must be included in the booking, whether they are a baby, child or adult.

The hotel needs to know the total number of guests and their ages, as some room types do not allow an extra bed or cot. Children are considered as such up to and including 12 years old. From that age onwards, they are counted as adults.

What should I do if I do not receive my booking confirmation email?

We recommend checking your spam or junk mail folder first, as the email sent by Hoteles RH may have been delivered there.

If your booking was confirmed on screen and you received a reference number, you can check the details and download your voucher from My Bookings on hotelesrh.com, after logging in.

Can I stay with my pet at Hoteles RH?

In general, pets are not allowed in our hotels, except at Estudios Vinaròs Playa.

At this property, a pet kit is provided, including a cage with mat, food bowl, water bowl, welcome treats and a map showing how to get to Playa Can in Vinaròs, Aiguaoliva.

The price is €15 per kit/day. If your pet weighs more than 15 kg, please check with the hotel in advance.
